Statement of Faith

We, the servants of God are believers:

Holy Trinity:

there is one God.  God the Father, God the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ

in the deity, the person, and the work of our Lord Jesus Christ who is the son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His supernatural miracles, His vicarious and anointing death, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father, as our high priest. He fulfills the ministry as representative intercessor, and advocate, and we believe in His imminent return to judge the living and the dead.

Holy Spirit

in the person and work of the holy spirit, who convicts the world of sin, of righteousness; and of judgment, in His regeneration, baptizing all believers into the body of Christ, in dwelling and sealing them for the day of redemption with his fruit and gifts available in the church.

Bible:

the Bible is the Word – authoritative and everlasting, and the foundation of all Christian doctrine; inerrant in the original languages infallible, and God-breathed.

Devil:

in the existence of an evil spiritual being-the devil.

Sin

in the spiritually lost condition of all people, the depravity of man; that man was created in God’s image, but, through the sin of Adam, humanity fell, and man is now unable to save himself from his lost state and alienation from God.

Salvation by grace:

in salvation, that is the gift of God, brought to man by grace; and essential need for the “new birth” by faith in Jesus Christ; that this is possible because of the shedding of Christ’s blood for the forgiveness of our sins through the finished work of the cross at Calvary.

Spiritual gifts:

in the in dwelling and receiving of the Holy Spirit and the giving of spirit as; gifts as God wills for the edifying and the building of the body of Christ and it is the believer’s responsibility to use these and develop them.

Holy Communion and Baptism

in the sacraments of the Lord’s Supper and baptism by full immersion in water for all believers.

Eternity:

in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the only one to everlasting life and the other to the everlasting separation from God.

God’s church

in the church is the body of Christ, and each member is an active part of a local fellowship or assembly fulfilling the great commission.

Statement of Purpose

O Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

Equipping the Saints—Ephesians 4:11-13 NIV

And He gave some, Apostles, and some Evangelists; and some Pastors and Teachers; for the perfecting of the Saints for the work of the Ministry for the Edifying for the Body of Christ.

Evangelizing the Sinners—Romans 1:16 NIV

For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ; For it is the Power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
